We are seeking a Production Support Analyst (L2/L3) with experience in Java-based application support in a production environment. The ideal candidate will be skilled in monitoring tools, incident management, and proactive troubleshooting, Debugging, and worked in Linux/Unix environment.

Required Skills:


•    Minimum 3.5 years of experience in a production support role within investment banking or financial services.


•    Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in production environments to ensure high system uptime and availability.


•    Write and enhance automation scripts using Shell/Python scripting languages.


•    Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement using scripting tools.


•    Analyze logs and perform root cause analysis for system or application failures.


•    Execute SQL queries for data validation, issue diagnosis, and reporting purposes.


•    Support Java-based applications, including debugging issues and understanding application logs.


•    Follow ITIL-aligned processes for incident, problem, and change management.


•    Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and implement long-term solutions.


•    Create and maintain runbooks, monitoring dashboards, and operational documentation.

Hands-on project experience in production support & Java-based application support, Python or shell scripting, Unix/Linux, SQL, investment banking, or financial services.
