Job Overview:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic NEET Chemistry Faculty to join our academic team at INSTIL ACADEMY. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry, as outlined in the NEET syllabus, and will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, mentoring students, and designing impactful learning materials. This role requires a dynamic individual who can simplify complex concepts and inspire students to achieve top ranks in the NEET exam.

Key Responsibilities: Teaching & Instruction:

• Deliver comprehensive and engaging lectures in Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry as per the NEET syllabus.
• Simplify difficult topics and enhance conceptual understanding through effective teaching techniques.
• Conduct online and offline classes, including video lectures, live sessions, and interactive tutorials.
• Lead doubt-clearing sessions and provide extra support to struggling students.
• Design and implement lesson plans, practice tests, quizzes, and assignments aligned with the NEET exam format.
• Encourage problem-solving through structured exercises and mock exams.

Course Development & Content Creation:

• Update and refine course materials based on syllabus changes and student feedback.
• Develop high-quality study resources, including notes, problem sets, and recorded sessions.
• Create full-length mock tests and sectional tests that simulate the actual NEET Chemistry exam.
• Collaborate with the content team to maintain academic excellence and relevance.

Student Mentoring & Performance Tracking:

• Monitor student performance and provide timely feedback.
• Identify students' weak areas and offer personalised guidance and study strategies.
• Conduct regular revision and strategy sessions to build exam confidence.
• Motivate students and instil a passion for Chemistry through real-world applications.

Collaboration & Continuous Learning:

• Coordinate with Biology and Physics faculty for integrated academic planning.
• Participate in faculty training, workshops, and strategy meetings.
• Stay informed about evolving NEET trends, exam strategies, and teaching methodologies.

Promoting the Institute's Values:

• Represent the institute at seminars, workshops, and public events.

Qualifications:Essential:

• Educational Background: Master's degree in Chemistry (M.Sc./M.Tech./M.A.), or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of teaching experience for NEET or similar competitive exams.
• Subject Expertise: Strong grasp of NEET Chemistry syllabus, including Physical, Organic, and Inorganic topics.
• Communication Skills: Proficient in English and/or Tamil, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with digital teaching tools, online platforms, and smart classroom technologies.

Desirable:

• Experience with NEET Coaching Institutes or EdTech platforms.
• Research background or publications in Chemistry or related fields.
• Teaching certifications (CTET, TET, or NEET-specific training programs).
