**Key Responsibilities**
- Teach Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics aligned with the CBSE curriculumtoJEE/NEET aspirants.
- Design and deliver engaging and comprehensive lectures to strengthen conceptual clarity.
- Develop CBSE-based study materials, question banks, and mock tests tailored for competitiveexams.
- Conduct regular assessments, analyze results, and provide personalized feedback to students.
- Stay updated with changes in the CBSE syllabus and JEE/NEET exampatterns.
- Mentor students and build their confidence to excel academically.
- Collaborate with the academic team to ensure high-quality teaching standards. Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of teaching experience with a strong focus on CBSEandJEE/NEET preparation.
- Thorough understanding of the CBSE curriculum and competitive examrequirements.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Proven track record of producing high-achieving students.

**Mentoring, Career Guidance and Academic Support**
- Build strong relationships with students through one-on-one interaction sessions, help students overcome their academic and personal issues.
- Regularly work with students to break down their academic workload into small achievable goals and track their progress on these goals.
- Debrief with students regularly on their test scores and classroom performance (both CBSE board and Avanti) and suggest ideas for improvement.
- Assist students in building their career trajectory based on their interests.

**Education**: B.Sc./M.Sc./ B.E./B.Tech

**Skills**:

- Interpersonal skills, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills
- Effective communication skills, both spoken and written
- A quiet room to conduct classes
- Basic proficiency in using computer software and a laptop with uninterrupted internet connection and a minimum upload speed of 2 MBPS
- Previous experience in teaching is a plus

Pay: From ₹11,357.73 per month
