About the Role

SpeEdLabs is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Physics Faculty to lead and deliver high-quality Physics teaching for JEE/NEET/Foundation batches. The ideal candidate should have deep conceptual understanding, proven teaching experience, and the ability to mentor both students and junior faculty members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging lectures for JEE (Main & Advanced), NEET, and Foundation (Grades 9–12) students.
  • Develop and review Physics content including assignments, test papers, and study material.
  • Analyze students' performance and provide personalized academic guidance.
  • Train and mentor junior faculty or subject experts.
  • Ensure effective classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, syllabus changes, and teaching methodologies.

Requirements

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Physics or Engineering from a reputed institute
  • Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in JEE/NEET/Foundation-level Physics.
  • Strong communication skills and command over subject fundamentals.
  • Excellent classroom engagement and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work full-time in-office at Indore.
