**1. Objective**:
To recruit highly qualified and passionate educators for NEET and JEE coaching who can deliver concept-driven teaching, ensure strong academic outcomes, and mentor students for national-level competitive exams.

**2. Subject-Wise Requirement**:

- **NEET**: Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany & Zoology)
- **JEE**: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics

**3. Minimum Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in NEET/JEE domain (preferred).
- Freshers from top institutes with strong academic records may be considered.

**4. Skill Requirements**:

- Ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver results-focused instruction.
- Experience with digital teaching tools (smartboards, online platforms) preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (English and/or regional language as needed).

**5. Evaluation Process**:

- **Application Screening**:

- **Subject Proficiency Test** (including syllabus-based questions from NEET/JEE)
- **Demo Lecture** - Practical teaching session on core topic
- **Technical Interview** - Pedagogy, problem-solving skills
- **HR Interview** - Fitment, salary negotiation, joining conditions

**6. Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Conduct classroom and/or online sessions.
- Prepare teaching materials, tests, and assignments.
- Analyze student performance and provide personalized mentoring.
- Participate in curriculum development and teacher training sessions.
- Maintain academic discipline and punctuality.
