Position Overview:
We are seeking a P&L owner with operational and consumer marketing chops to join our team to lead the Delhivery Direct - Intercity Business. The business has been growing over the last 3 years while we have established a 0-1 journey. We want an owner to take it from 1-10. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, delivering customer service, identifying market opportunities, forging partnerships, and optimizing business margins.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic projects to drive revenue and margin growth within Delhivery Direct's Intercity Business, including product functionality, niche segment specific services (ex. relocation and gifting) and price optimization.
  2. Collaborate with product, marketing, CS and operations teams to rapidly grow the business to 10X over the next 2 years.
  3. External Market Analysis and Identification of new levers of growth including partnerships that involve collaborative GTM

Requirements:

  1. MBA from top tier B schools preferred
  2. We're ideally looking for 10-15 years of experience within the top consumer service apps in India is essential - you should have primarily led the growth of the service overall or a large segment within the same
  3. We are also keen on ex-founders who have spent more than 3 years addressing similar problems with more than 10 years overall experience
  4. Strong understanding of product management, marketing and service operations is essential
  5. We're looking for excessive energy, optimism and grit specifically as characteristics essential for this role
