Job Description:

  • Maintain capacity planning and resource tracking across the organization
  • Establish a real-time resource scheduling to accommodate fast changing ground reality
  • Provide resource forecasting
  • Work closely with the Project Managers to ensure that effective Management and Utilization of resources
  • Work closely with the Business Owners to ensure that resources are allocated and utilized as per business goals
  • Establish project requesting, selection and prioritization process
  • Streamline workflow for resource requisition and allocation
  • Own Utilization and Billability reports across the board and share it with the CXO teams on a set frequency.
  • Work closely with department heads and effectively utilize resource for upskilling
  • Work closely with the Project Managers to monitor that project health reports are being published at the defined frequency.
  • Good understanding of the Information Technologies. Hands-on experience is not required but should understand

basics of technologies.
- Understand how the software development projects get managed. Hands-on experience of managing projects is not required.
