Job Description

The EA to Principal provides high‑level, confidential administrative support to ensure effective and efficient management of the Principal's office. The role involves managing schedules, communications, events, and various administrative tasks. The EA will act as a key liaison among internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism, discretion, and a proactive approach.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritise the Principal's calendar: meetings, appointments, and events.

  • Prepare materials for meetings and presentations; ensure the Principal is well‑prepared.

  • Coordinate travel (domestic/international) including flights, accommodation, transport, and itineraries.

  • Draft, proofread, edit internal and external correspondence and documents.

  • Screen calls, emails, visitors; act as point of contact for routine stakeholder interactions.

  • Organize and manage special projects, tracking deadlines, following up with team members.

  • Maintain filing systems (both physical and digital), records, office databases.

  • Assist with event planning and logistics for meetings, conferences, internal‑external functions.

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and general administrative operations.

  • Handle expense reports, invoices or reimbursements related to the Principal's office.

  • Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and act with professionalism.
