We are looking for a highly skilled
Digital Marketing Manager (Account Manager)
to develop, implement, track, and optimize digital marketing strategies for our clients. The ideal candidate will focus on enhancing brand presence, managing paid campaigns, driving leads and conversions, and optimizing website performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to collaborate with the internal team to achieve the best results.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relations & Strategy Development
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their goals and expectations.
- Develop and present data-driven marketing strategies to clients.
- Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance.
Paid Campaigns & Performance Marketing
- Plan and optimize paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze performance data to refine strategies.
Brand Presence & Social Media
- Oversee brand consistency and engagement across all digital platforms.
- Develop social media strategies to enhance visibility and audience growth.
- Work with content teams to produce high-quality, engaging posts and campaigns.
Website Performance & SEO
- Monitor website performance and suggest improvements for SEO, UI/UX, and conversions.
- Collaborate with web developers to optimize UX/UI for better engagement.
Internal Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Ad-Operations, creative, content, and tech teams to align on campaign execution.
- Provide clear briefs and guidance to ensure smooth project execution.
- Foster a positive work environment and encourage innovation within the team.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and social media marketing.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Microsoft Clarity, Power BI, etc.).
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking with a results-driven mindset.
