About The Role

As a
Support Specialist
, you will be the
first point of contact
for customers throughout their solar journey. From answering inquiries and scheduling installations to providing post-installation guidance, you'll ensure that every customer experience is smooth, positive, and memorable.

Your role will combine
customer service, coordination, and problem-solving
— making you an essential part of our mission to deliver excellence.

What You'll Do

Customer Support

  • Be the voice of the company by handling incoming calls, emails, and chat support.
  • Provide guidance on solar products, installation processes, and troubleshooting.
  • Resolve customer queries quickly and effectively while maintaining satisfaction.

Installation Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate solar system installations with customers and technicians.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and ready for a smooth installation.
  • Track installation progress and resolve delays proactively.

Post-Installation Assistance

  • Support customers in understanding their system operations & maintenance.
  • Manage warranty claims and service requests efficiently.
  • Update records and maintain accurate service history in the CRM.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent English communication skills
    (spoken & written).
  • 1–2 years in
    Customer Service or Technical Support
    (3 years in international process preferred).
  • Problem-solving mindset & ability to handle customer concerns with patience.
  • Skilled at multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time.
  • Experience with
    CRM systems
    or customer service tools.
  • Basic knowledge of solar systems is a plus (we'll train you if not).
