Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Location: Delhi

Position Overview:

The CEO will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, driving operational excellence, expanding the brands footprint, and ensuring long-term profitability. This role requires balancing innovation with traditional brand values, strengthening retail and distribution channels, and building a high-performing team aligned with the companys vision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Vision

* Define and implement the long-term vision, mission, and growth strategy of Gianis Ice Cream.

* Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion strategies across geographies.

* Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging markets to drive innovation.

  1. Business & Financial Management

* Drive revenue growth and profitability while ensuring cost optimization.

* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance in alignment with business goals.

* Build investor and stakeholder confidence through transparency and performance-driven reporting.

  1. Operations & Supply Chain

* Ensure efficiency in production, quality control, procurement, and distribution.

* Strengthen cold-chain logistics and supply chain systems to support retail and franchise growth.

* Implement best practices in manufacturing, R&D, and technology adoption.

  1. Sales, Marketing & Brand Development

* Expand retail outlets, franchise networks, and modern trade presence.

* Lead brand positioning, product innovation, and digital transformation initiatives.

* Enhance customer experience both offline (stores, parlors) and online (delivery platforms).

  1. People Leadership & Organizational Culture

* Build and mentor a strong leadership team and nurture talent across all levels.

* Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

* Ensure succession planning and leadership development initiatives.

6. Compliance & Governance

* Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and ethical standards.

* Uphold corporate governance and risk management practices.

* Maintain brand integrity while pursuing aggressive growth strategies.

Key Requirements

* Proven track record as a CEO/MD or senior leadership role in FNB

* Demonstrated expertise in scaling businesses, managing franchises, and driving profitability.

* Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and operational excellence.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

* MBA/PGDM or equivalent degree preferred.

Performance Metrics:

* Year-on-year revenue growth and profitability.

* Expansion of franchise/retail presence across markets.

* Improvement in operational efficiency and supply chain robustness.

* Brand equity enhancement and customer satisfaction index.
