Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller located in New Delhi. The Caller will be responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls to engage clients, address queries, and provide product or service information. The individual will maintain call records, follow up with potential leads, and collaborate with the sales team to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
  • Proficiency in customer service and handling client inquiries over the phone
  • Ability to document call records and manage data accurately
  • Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Prior experience in sales, telecommunication, or customer support is a plus
  • Comfortable working in an on-site role within New Delhi
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in communication or customer relations are advantageous
