Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager based in Delhi NCR to drive institutional sales across corporate gifting, direct companies, reseller channels. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience and a proven ability to build strategic partnerships and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
●
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to resellers, corporate gifting, and direct companies. Providing samples and do display of products.
●
Lead Management:
Identify, track, and nurture potential leads across different sales channels to maximize conversion rates.
●
Channel Management:
Onboard and manage resellers, corporate clients, partners to expand market reach.
●
Market Analysis:
Conduct research to understand consumer trends, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning.
●
Relationship Building:
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate buyers, resellers, procurement and product managers and marketing teams.
●
Revenue Growth:
Drive sales performance by negotiating contracts, optimizing pricing, and ensuring timely product delivery.
●
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure adherence to industry regulations and provide regular sales reports to senior management
Key Requirements:
● 3-4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in reseller management, corporate gifting and Direct companies.
● Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies for diverse clients.
● Strong skills in lead generation, conversion, and client relationship management.
● Experience in market research, contract negotiation, and revenue growth.
● Familiarity with industry regulations and sales reporting.
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills
