In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide Global support and Global Development in the areas of Order Management and SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure the effective use of technology in supporting the end-to-end O2C process by leading projects in different areas with minimal guidance.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement to simplify/optimize processes, aim for Global standardization and build relationships with implementation partners, consultants, and technology vendors, ensuring effective collaboration and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Implement reporting and analytics capabilities within SAP S/4 and our SAC & business intelligence system to provide actionable insights on Order-to-Cash performance, customer behavior, and sales trends by elevating roadblocks to appropriate levels of management and developing countermeasures as needed by analyzing problems utilizing various DBS standard tools.
  • Perform system enhancements and developments including writing Functional specifications for requirements, technical design, configuration, testing, documentation and collaborating with SAP cross functional teams for PP, MM/WM, CS, PS, and FI/CO modules.
  • Ensure integrity and adherence to global development templates, maintain compliance to IT policies and procedures and standard operating procedure documents are updated at set frequency and kept current.

The essential requirements of the job include

  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree from an accredited University.
  • 5+Years of hands-on experience in SAP Sales and Distribution with strong knowledge in entire Order to Cash Process (business partners, Quote, Contract, Order booking, Pricing, Availability check, Credit Management, Rescheduling, International Trade, Delivery, and Invoicing) preferably in S4.
  • Must have been involved in a minimum of two full cycle ERP implementations.
  • Experience in Cross Functional Integration of SAP S4 SD module with PP, MM/WM, CS, PS and FI/CO modules.
  • Ability to lead projects with minimal guidance.

Travel:

  • Upto 20 % of travel including international

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience in Fiori design and implementation supporting organizational strategy.
  • Automating SAP processes using SAP IRpa is added advantage.
  • Experience or understanding of SAP Analytics and reporting techniques will be an added advantage. Understanding process mining/analytics tools like Celonis or SAP Signavio is an added advantage.
