Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant at the Founder's Office, located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing the founder's diary, organizing meetings, handling communications, and performing various clerical tasks. The candidate will work closely with the founder to ensure smooth operation of daily activities and assist in any ad-hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Excellent Communication and Diary Management skills
- Strong Clerical Skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Ability to make MOM
- Ability to look after Hotels and Travel bookings.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
