Cake Craft Company is a growing name in the bakery and cake-decor supplies industry, offering a wide range of professional-grade baking products, tools, and packaging. Were expanding our digital footprint and seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead online marketing initiatives, performance campaigns, and brand growth across global markets.

Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven, creative, and proactive Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of our digital marketing strategy spanning campaign planning, SEO, paid media, email automation, and social growth.

You will collaborate with agencies, creative partners, and internal teams to drive brand visibility, traffic, and conversions while maintaining strong ROI across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns aligned with brand goals and seasonal events (e.g., Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc.).
  • Manage digital budgets and optimise spend across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms.
  • Collaborate with design/content teams to ensure high-impact creatives and consistent messaging.

Performance Marketing & Analytics

  • Manage paid acquisition across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Analyse performance metrics — CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rates — and recommend data-driven optimisations.
  • Prepare monthly reports using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Data Studio dashboards.

Email & CRM Automation

  • Create and manage automated email workflows through Klaviyo / Mailchimp.
  • Monitor open rates, CTRs, and conversions, and continuously A/B test campaigns.

SEO & Organic Growth

  • Oversee SEO strategy, including keyword research, backlink building, and content optimisation.
  • Work with content writers to ensure on-page and off-page SEO best practices.

Agency & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with partner agencies for performance marketing, SEO, and social media.
  • Review deliverables, performance reports, and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.

Process & Team Improvement

  • Develop efficient marketing processes, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
  • Evaluate and implement new marketing tools to improve efficiency and ROI.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing management — preferably in eCommerce, D2C, FMCG, or consumer goods.
  • Proven expertise in performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and SEO.
  • Experience with email marketing automation tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and campaign tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and coordination abilities.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to translate brand strategy into measurable campaigns.
