Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable Admin / Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of office activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and office coordination.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor communications.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and coordinating appointments.
  • Support HR and management with basic administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Greet visitors, handle phone calls, and maintain the reception area when required.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and basic data entry as needed.
  • Ensure the office environment remains clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Coordinate travel, logistics, and office-related purchases.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or relevant diploma.
  • 4+ years of experience in administrative or office assistant roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
