Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable Admin / Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of office activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and office coordination.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor communications.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and coordinating appointments.
- Support HR and management with basic administrative tasks and documentation.
- Greet visitors, handle phone calls, and maintain the reception area when required.
- Prepare reports, letters, and basic data entry as needed.
- Ensure the office environment remains clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Coordinate travel, logistics, and office-related purchases.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or relevant diploma.
- 4+ years of experience in administrative or office assistant roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
