About the Organization:

Saksham Trust is a reputed not-for-profit organization dedicated to promoting education and digital literacy for persons with visual impairment. With over 18 years of impactful work, Saksham is seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounts Executive to join its team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage vouchers and maintain day-to-day accounting using Tally ERP 9 (including journal entries, payments, receipts, contra, cost center accounting, etc.).
  • Follow up on Purchase Orders (PO) and payments with donors for fund disbursement and utilization.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the organization and its projects.
  • Handle TDS and GST calculations, payments, and filing of returns (quarterly and monthly).
  • Prepare cash vouchers and manage petty cash.
  • Generate and update MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly).
  • Make bank payments via NEFT and coordinate with banks.
  • Ensure timely payments of statutory dues like EPF, ESI, and utility bills.
  • Process and verify invoices as per contracts/agreements.
  • Match purchase orders with vendor invoices for price and quantity verification.
  • Enter invoices into the accounting system and ensure proper approvals.
  • Perform vendor account reconciliation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Commerce or Accounting with a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in the NGO or corporate sector.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP 9.
  • Strong English writing and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Hindi and English.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated leadership and coordination abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹30,000.00 per month
