**Role Overview**:
As an Accounts Executive at Touch Down Earth, you will play a vital role in managing our financial processes and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Your attention to detail, proficiency in accounting software, and knowledge of industry-specific requirements will contribute to the smooth operation of our financial functions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions using Tally software.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with GST regulations and timely filing of GST returns.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any accounting discrepancies or issues.
- Support external auditors during annual audits and ensure timely completion of audit requirements.
- Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations relevant to the travel industry.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the travel industry.
- Proficiency in Tally software is essential.
- Strong knowledge of GST regulations and experience with GST filings.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and practices, including financial reporting and budgeting.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
