**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented **Accounts Executive** with a strong focus on **Excel and Google Sheets** to join our Accounts team. This role is perfect for a fresher who is proficient in spreadsheet management and eager to build a career in accounting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update financial data in **Excel and Google Sheets**.
- Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports using formulas, charts, and pivot tables.
- Perform data entry and ensure data accuracy for all transactions.
- Reconcile accounts and track expenses using spreadsheet functions.
- Assist in generating invoices and maintaining records.
- Organize and manage digital financial records.
- Collaborate with the senior accountant for data verification and reporting.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** and **Google Sheets**.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Good communication skills.

**Education Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Commerce (B.Com)** or any related field.
- Certification in Excel or Google Sheets (preferred but not mandatory).
