Job Summary

The Account executive will perform day to day accounting and assist seniors.

Responsibilities and Duties

To maintain the organization’s finances and accounting and administrative initiatives.

To ensure the implementation of finance and admin related policies and guidelines.

To Verify and process bills \vouchers for payment and enter into Tally Software/prepare wire on day to day basis.

Creation of Cost centre in Tally, reconciliation,etc.

To Prepare TDS Details and to file TDS return quarterly.

To prepare and file Income Tax return

To prepare and file the GST returns.

To collect Bank Account statements of the clients and perform Bank Reconciliation and submit to the clients, highlighting the differences.

To prepare financial statements of the clients and ensure the correctness of the reporting.

To perform account reconciliation of the wire transfer process on monthly basis.

To prepare the contract of vendors, consultants, grant agreement, partner contract as per the client's requirement.

To visit clients and understand clients expectations about the initiatives.

To prepare Invoices and assist senior in the day to day functioning.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

B. Com/ M.Com/ CA Inter-Not pursuing CA

Knowledge of MS Word/ Excel

Good knowledge of Tally
