Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the
    overall infrastructure management
    for the ADi IBM Cloud Accounts.
  • Manage
    cloud service health and performance
    , ensuring availability and reliability.
  • Design and implement
    horizontal scalability
    for cloud services.
  • Drive
    containerization of application functionality
    to support modernization and agility.
  • Manage
    security and IAM
    to ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards.
  • Oversee the
    management and maintenance of 3 environments
    (Development, Pre-Production, Production) across the ADi program.
  • Manage the platform's
    logging and monitoring capabilities
    across the account.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and future scalability.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Strong expertise in
    IBM Cloud Infrastructure Architecture
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Terraform
    for infrastructure as code (IaC).
  • Hands-on experience with
    Ansible
    for configuration management and automation.
  • Experience with
    Instana
    for application performance monitoring.
  • Knowledge of
    IBM Cloud-native logging & monitoring tools
    , including
    IBM Activity Monitor
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    containerization and microservices
    .
  • Good problem-solving, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Profile

  • 6–10 years of experience in
    cloud infrastructure and automation
    .
  • Prior experience in
    multi-environment management (Dev, PreProd, Prod)
    .
  • Exposure to
    security best practices
    and IAM in cloud environments.
  • Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
