Key Responsibilities:1. Quality Management System (QMS) Development & Implementation
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company's QMS in alignment with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and other applicable standards.
- Ensure QMS processes align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with department heads to document, implement, and monitor QMS processes.
2. Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization
- Lead initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and compliance using Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen methodologies.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for non-conformances and customer complaints.
- Implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
3. Audits & Compliance
- Plan, coordinate, and lead internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Prepare for and support external audits (ISO, customer, regulatory).
- Ensure timely closure of audit findings and non-conformities.
4. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate documentation of QMS processes, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and update SOPs and work instructions.
- Generate and present reports on QMS performance, audit outcomes, and CAPA effectiveness.
5. Training & Support
- Conduct training sessions on QMS procedures and quality standards.
- Support teams in implementing quality initiatives and ensuring compliance.
- Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
6. Supplier Quality Management
- Ensure supplier compliance with company quality standards and QMS requirements.
- Conduct supplier audits and monitor supplier performance.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues.
7. Change Management
- Manage QMS change processes, ensuring proper documentation and communication.
- Assess the impact of changes on processes, procedures, and certifications.
8. Customer & Stakeholder Interaction
- Liaise with customer quality representatives to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies, auditors, and customers.
Requirements:Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in quality management, quality engineering, or QMS roles.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or regulated industries preferred.
Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 standards.
- Proficiency in QMS documentation, audits, and process optimization.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean, FMEA, RCA, and CAPA methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QMS/ERP software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Auditor, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor).
- Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and quality improvement tools.
- Experience with ERP or QMS software.
