Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Associate Brand Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand strategy, developing engaging campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across multiple channels. The role demands a combination of strategic thinking, creative execution, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute creative content strategies for the brand from ideation to implementation.
Create concise, eye-catching, and innovative ad copies to drive conversions and enhance brand visibility.
Collaborate with performance marketing, business, and content teams to monitor campaign performance and implement timely ad refreshes.
Conceptualize and write scripts for digital ads and TVCs that align with the brand's tone and audience.
Leverage cultural trends and market insights to create relevant and engaging brand campaigns.
Analyze competitor campaigns to develop distinct and impactful brand strategies.
Collaborate with data analysts to evaluate campaign results and optimize strategies for better ROI.
Guide and collaborate with copywriters, designers, and creative teams to deliver high-quality brand assets.
Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across channels.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (NIFT graduates preferred).
- 3–4 years of experience working with reputed brands, preferably in FMCG, D2C, or lifestyle sectors.
- Proven experience in developing and executing brand campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
- Strong creative sense, with a deep understanding of consumer psychology and brand positioning.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.

- Salary: ₹60,000
