Brief Team/department Description
Our DIMO (Digital Innovation and Marketing Operations) team at Azurity is building new capabilities utilizing cutting-edge AI and digital technology. We are looking for a dynamic, change-inspired content operations manager to lead our Hyderabad-based content hub and drive global impact through modular content and digital asset management.

Principle Responsibilities

  • Oversee the digital asset library (DAM), ensuring assets are properly tagged, versioned, and optimized for reuse.
  • Support the Director of Modular Content in implementing modular content processes, ensuring assets are structured and optimized for omnichannel deployment (email, media, CLM, web, social).
  • Partner with global stakeholders to align on governance, SOPs, and KPIs.
  • Track content efficiency and reuse metrics, providing insights to leadership.
  • Act as a liaison between the Hyderabad hub and US/European teams.
  • Manage a team of 2 content specialists (designer and content QA) based in Hyderabad.
  • Present operational updates and performance metrics during quarterly business review

Qualifications And Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Information Management, or a related field (required).

  • Project management certifications strongly preferred:

  • Agile/Scrum Master

  • PMP (Project Management Professional

  • Prince2 Practitioner

  • 5+ years of digital content operations: experience managing content workflows, asset lifecycle, tagging, and reuse.

  • 3-5 years of digital asset management including hands-on experience with reviewing design deliverables, understanding file formats, establishing taxonomies, metadata, version control, and governance.
  • 3+ years project management: applying structured methodologies (Agile, PMP, Prince2) to deliver digital or creative projects.
  • 3+ hands-on experience with workflow/project management tools , Jira, Trello). Jira certification is highly desirable.
  • 2+ years team management: should have experience leading a small to medium sized team.
  • Regulated industry experience (pharma, healthcare, finance, etc.) in managing content creation workflows and compliance is a significant plus for this role.
