Content Manager – Vridhii Digital (Hyderabad)

Salary:
 ₹40,000 per month + performance-based incentives

Position Summary

We are looking for a creative and ambitious Content Manager
 with a minimum of 3 years' experience in content writing and management. This role is ideal for someone who aspires to be an influencer, has a proven track record of creating impactful content, and understands how to build narratives that connect with digital audiences. You will manage content across social media, websites, blogs, and LinkedIn while also engaging with influencers and brand collaborators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-platform content strategies for SMEs and B2B clients
  • Write and edit engaging content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media (with a strong focus on LinkedIn branding)
  • Ensure brand consistency across content assets in tone, messaging, and visuals
  • Plan and coordinate influencer collaborations and track ROI
  • Use design tools (e.g., Canva) to support content with visuals
  • Manage and update websites (Squarespace, WordPress)
  • Apply SEO best practices and conduct keyword research
  • Leverage AI tools for efficiency
  • Monitor analytics, prepare reports, and optimize strategies

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

  • Deliver long-form content pieces monthly across platforms
  • Drive month-on-month organic traffic growth for assigned clients
  • Successfully deliver influencer collaborations per quarter
  • Ensure 100% adherence to content calendars and deadlines
  • Maintain satisfaction in internal and client reviews
  • Secure high-ranking SEO placements per quarter
  • Submit monthly reports with actionable insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' professional experience in content writing/management
  • Proven ability to build LinkedIn branding and B2B thought leadership content
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills across formats
  • Familiarity with Canva, WordPress, Squarespace, and scheduling tools
  • Knowledge of AI content tools and SEO fundamentals
  • Experience with influencer engagement preferred
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (preferred)
