Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Content Writer with a minimum of 3-4 years in the pharma and healthcare fields to join our creative team. If you have a passion for science-driven storytelling and a knack for turning complex medical and tech concepts into accessible narratives, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.Location: Vasavi Sky City, Gachibowli, Hyderabad (On-site)Shift: Night Shift (24/7 operations with rotational shifts to support round-the-clock content needs)Employment Type: Full-TimeSalary Range: Competitive, based on experience (discuss during interview)Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute content strategies for digital campaigns, including blog posts, social media content, email newsletters, website copy, and whitepapers tailored to pharma, healthcare, and life sciences audiences.Collaborate with marketing teams, subject matter experts (SMEs), and clients to create SEO-optimized, engaging content that adheres to CDSCO guidelines, UCPMP 2024, ASCI codes, and other relevant Indian regulatory standards.Research industry trends, clinical data, AI innovations, and competitor content to produce insightful, evidence-based articles and thought leadership pieces on topics like telemedicine, AI-powered diagnostics, and digital health platforms.Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with campaign goals, KPIs, and brand voice, while accommodating 24/7 operational demands.Optimize content for search engines, social platforms, and paid media using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.Edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, and compliance, incorporating feedback from legal and medical reviewers.Analyze content performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, conversions) and iterate strategies to improve ROI.Stay updated on digital marketing best practices and emerging tools in the Indian healthcare and life sciences space, including AI and GenAI applications.Required Qualifications and SkillsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Life Sciences, or a related field.Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of professional content writing experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotech, or life sciences industries. Proven track record of creating compliant content for B2B and B2C audiences. Prior experience in night shifts or 24/7 environments is a plus.Technical Skills:Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot).Strong grasp of SEO principles, keyword research, and digital analytics.Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for basic visual content support.Writing Skills: Exceptional command of English (written and verbal), with the ability to simplify complex scientific/medical/tech topics without losing accuracy.
