Job Description:

  • Design social media strategies and create social buzz
  • Manage, create and publish original plus high-quality content to maximize engagement
  • Administer the company's social media accounts and ensure that the content is up-to-date
  • Liaise with writers and designers to ensure the content is informative
  • Facilitate client-company communication as and when required
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on web traffic and ROI
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
  • Coordinate with internal teams to maintain a cohesive social media strategy
  • Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media trends/practices
  • Identifying key audience growth opportunities and transform these in effective campaigns
  • Strategize, develop, and manage paid digital marketing campaigns across social media
  • Tracking and keeping a dashboard of key financials that the team needs on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and ensuring these are kept up to date by you
  • Leverage data analytics to deliver strong marketing efficiencies.
  • Maximize ROI through paid campaigns
  • Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
  • Manage, nurture and convert leads into client onboarding

Skills & Requirements:

  • Any bachelor's degree
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize duties
  • Ability to complete tasks and responsibilities independently
  • Proven abilities in transforming performance marketing for brands using digital platforms
  • 4–6 years of proven experience in social media management and performance marketing.
