Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated MEP Manager with 15+ years of experience to lead Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing operations across our projects in Mumbai and Pune. This role demands a proactive leader with technical expertise who can ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and uncompromising quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise all MEP installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop and manage project schedules and resource allocation for MEP works.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality control.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, costs, and performance metrics.
  • Mentor, train, and lead the MEP team including subcontractors and technical staff.
  • Provide timely troubleshooting and technical solutions for project challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience managing MEP activities in construction/infrastructure projects.
  • Deep knowledge of MEP systems, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools such as AutoCAD (preferred).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
