Job Title: Infrastructure Delivery Specialist

Acme Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the entire Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) scope of projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution, and management of all MEP aspects of construction projects, ensuring that all systems are designed, installed, and maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets for MEP work, ensuring adherence to project timelines and financial targets.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality assurance procedures for MEP work, conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
  • Procurement Management: Participate in the selection and procurement of MEP materials and equipment, managing relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with consultants throughout the project lifecycle, addressing queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Cost Optimization: Develop and manage MEP project budgets, monitoring project costs and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
