Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Non-IT Internal Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for various business functions within the organization. The role involves collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs, sourcing and screening candidates, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process that aligns with company standards and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, Administration, etc.).

Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring requirements and create effective job descriptions.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels.

Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with the hiring team.

Manage the candidate database and recruitment tracker for reporting and analytics.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Coordinate with HR and management for offer rollouts, negotiations, and onboarding.

Support employer branding initiatives and participate in internal hiring drives or recruitment campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

36 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment (preferably in an in-house or corporate setup).

Strong understanding of various non-technical functions and job requirements.

Proficiency in recruitment tools, job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), and ATS systems.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work within deadlines.
