Job Description: You will be responsible for handling the end to end process of recruitment with multiple clients along with a team of people.

Some of the key activities that you will be doing are:

  • Build a candidate pipelines
  • Build and strengthen client relationships
  • Manage candidate pool effectively to increase utility rate across multiple customers
  • Build and strengthen candidate relationships to be able to network and headhunt passive job seekers
  • Take ownership for the end-to-end recruitment life cycle.
