About the Role

As part of the HirePro Product Team, you will be responsible for the success of one or more HirePro products or charters.

Youll play a pivotal role in driving innovation across our cutting-edge solutions, including:

  • AI-powered Assessments
  • AI-powered Interviews & Interview Bot
  • Hackathons / Events Platform

You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Business Teams to deliver impactful products, drive growth, and ensure an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle — Discovery, Design, Implementation, and Roll-out
  • Analyze patterns from customers, internal teams, and the market to identify key problems and opportunities
  • Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to define feasibility, usability, and product specifications
  • Partner with PMs, Designers, and Engineers to drive development, QA, and release
  • Work with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to ensure smooth product roll-outs

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS Products
  • Educational Qualification: Engineering Graduate or Postgraduate
  • Strong technical acumen — ability to understand and discuss technical product details
  • For Assessment PM/APM roles, coding knowledge is a must
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Experience in HR Tech, Recruitment Tech, or Assessment Platforms is a plus
