Job Description:
Job Title: Healthcare Coordinator (India-based)
Role & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient cases remotely from India, ensuring smooth communication between patients, hospitals, and insurance/TPA partners.
- Support clients through the treatment life cycle — from initial inquiry to discharge.
- Handle documentation, medical report collection, and case management with accuracy.
- Liaise with hospitals/doctors in India and abroad for treatment plans and cost estimates.
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a professional manner.
- Assist in insurance and reimbursement-related processes.
Requirements:
- Graduate in healthcare/medical/nursing/allied fields (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in healthcare operations, hospital administration, insurance/TPA, or medical tourism.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (both mandatory).
- Proficient in MS Office, email handling, and online coordination tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases .
