About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Backend Software Engineer (SE-1) to join our engineering team. As an SE-1, you will work closely with senior engineers to build, maintain, and optimize backend systems that power our applications. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to learn, contribute, and grow in a fast-paced product development environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, QA, and product managers
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes
  • Debug, test, and fix issues to improve system performance and reliability
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on new backend technologies and frameworks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Strong understanding of at least one backend programming language (e.g., Java, Python, , Go, C#)
  • Good knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming concepts
  • Basic understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and RESTful API design
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git
  • Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies
