Role Description:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce QA Engineer with 5–7 years of experience in testing Salesforce applications, particularly Service Cloud.

The candidate should have strong expertise in manual(70%) and automation testing(30%), with experience in at least one test automation framework (Java Selenium, Playwright TS/JS, or Provar).

Key Responsibilities:


• Design and execute test cases, test scripts, and test data for manual and automated testing.

Perform end-to-end testing of Salesforce Service Cloud applications.


• Build and maintain automation frameworks (Java Selenium, Playwright, or Provar).


• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure quality delivery.


• Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.


• Identify, log, and track defects through resolution.


• Ensure adherence to Salesforce QA best practices and quality standards.

Required Skills:


• 5–7 years of QA experience with at least 2–3 years in Salesforce QA.


• Mandatory experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.


• Strong background in manual testing and automation frameworks (Java Selenium / Playwright / Provar).


• Knowledge of SOQL, SQL, and API testing (Postman).


• Good communication and documentation skills
