Senior Full Stack Developer with Salesforce Expertise

Role Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong foundation in modern web application development and at least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development. The ideal candidate brings a decade of full stack experience and has architected or led projects across both front-end and back-end systems, with a solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy high-performance, scalable web applications and Salesforce components.
  • Lead and deliver full stack solutions integrating Salesforce with internal and third-party systems.
  • Develop custom functionality using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
  • Architect RESTful APIs and services using technologies such as , Php and Python.
  • Integrate data systems and manage both SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
  • Ensure best practices in application security, performance optimization, and code quality.
  • Participate in requirements analysis, solution design, code reviews, and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical leadership and innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of full stack development experience, including end-to-end solution ownership.
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, Triggers).
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms like MuleSoft).
  • Proficiency in front-end development: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
