Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the leadership team to provide strategic support on key initiatives and business decisions.
- Coordinate and align cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of projects and organizational goals.
- Manage leadership meetings, action plans/items, and follow-ups to maintain operational discipline.
- Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and strategic priorities.
- Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and scalability.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, investors, and key business partners.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support financial planning, performance tracking, and strategic business reviews.
- Draft briefing notes and materials for business discussions, board meetings, and investor interactions.
