Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage the daily operations of the retail store. His/her job description entails ensuring maximum sales by the store as well as excellent customer service in helping customers in their purchase. He/she serves as the company brand representative, upholding the highest standards in carrying out daily functions. He/she is expected to take on higher responsibilities that may be assigned by the manager or assistant manager within the store.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

  • Ascertain customers' needs and wants

  • Actively involved in checking inventory

  • Stay updated about product features

  • Follow all companies' policies and procedures

Education: Minimum – Bachelor's Degree

Skills:

  • Selling & customer service

  • Communication- Excellent spoken & written communication skills in English

  • Computer operating knowledge

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in front-end retail operations preferred

  • Freshers can also apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
