Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Government Sales with strong exposure to government tenders and institutional sales. The role involves end-to-end management of government sales activities, including tender identification, submission, coordination, and order execution.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and track government tenders through portals such as GeM, CPPP, State e-Procurement portals, etc.
Prepare and submit complete tender documentation including technical, commercial, and compliance requirements
Coordinate with internal technical, finance, and legal teams for tender responses
Handle bid evaluations, clarifications, and post-bid negotiations with government authorities
Manage government customers, departments, and institutional accounts
Ensure timely submission of tenders, EMDs, BGs, and statutory documents
Track tender status, LOIs, POs, and execution milestones
Maintain accurate records of tenders, submissions, and government sales pipeline
Support execution, billing, and payment follow-ups for government orders
Candidate Profile
Education: Technical Graduate (Engineering or equivalent)
Experience: 5–7 years in Government Sales and Tendering
Strong hands-on experience in tender preparation and submission
Sound understanding of government procurement processes and compliance norms
Experience dealing with PSU, State, and Central Government departments
Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tenders simultaneously
