Job Title: E-Commerce Manager

Location: Mohali, Punjab

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled E-Commerce Manager with prior experience in handling multiple online marketplaces such as Meesho, Ajio, Amazon, Flipkart, etc. The ideal candidate should be able to manage product listings, optimize sales performance, analyze data, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of our e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end operations of all e-commerce platforms (Meesho, Ajio, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
  • Create, update, and optimize product listings for better visibility and conversions.
  • Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and implement strategies to increase revenue.
  • Handle order processing, returns, inventory, and customer queries effectively.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for timely order fulfillment.
  • Stay updated with platform policies, new features, and promotional opportunities.
  • Develop and execute online marketing campaigns to boost visibility and sales.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in managing e-commerce accounts across multiple platforms.
  • Strong understanding of online retail operations, SEO for listings, and digital marketing basics.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
