Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Manager located in Bengaluru. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily property operations, ensuring tenant satisfaction, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and managing property budgets. The role also involves tenant move-ins and move-outs, ensuring property compliance with local regulations, and facilitating community events and activities to foster a positive living environment.
Qualifications
- Property Management and Maintenance Coordination skills
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Budget Management and Financial Planning experience
- Problem-solving and Conflict Resolution skills
- Familiarity with local property regulations and compliance
- Experience in customer service or tenant relations
- Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
