Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales-related documentation, order entries, and dispatch coordination to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

  • Update and maintain client records and activities in the CRM system.

  • Assist the sales team with scheduling client meetings, preparing quotations, and follow-up communication.

  • Coordinate with internal departments like finance, logistics, and inventory to streamline invoicing, product availability, and delivery.

  • Prepare regular reports on order status, client feedback, and sales performance metrics.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and CRM software.

  • Data Analyst with knowledge of SQL, python & power BI.

  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline.

  • Degree or diploma course in data analytics.

  • Experience: 3–4 years of experience in data analytics, sales support and administrative coordination, preferably in the diamond or jewelry industry.

  • Preferred Industry: Experience in Diamond Industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹60,000.00 per month
