  • Manage sales orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely processing and follow-up with customers.
  • Coordinate with production team to ensure smooth execution of orders and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and proactive service support.
  • Identify new business opportunities by leveraging Indiamart platform to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Electrical Engineering).
  • Strong understanding of electrical products/electronics/telecom industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction; ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
