Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager / Portfolio Manager role located in Dadri. The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, building and maintaining a portfolio of clients, providing real estate consulting, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include identifying client needs, offering tailored property solutions, negotiating deals, and closely monitoring market trends to provide strategic advice. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to achieve organizational goals and drive client success.

  • Negotiation Skills and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Sales Expertise, Target Achievement, and Business Development knowledge
  • Team collaboration skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Previous experience in real estate advisory or a customer-facing role is advantageous
