Agile Product Management Senior Manager

Position Overview

Join us in driving healthcare innovation by building and leading high-performing product teams in our rapidly growing Global Capability Center. This foundational leadership role will shape our product organization's future while directly delivering impactful healthcare solutions.

Transform healthcare delivery by creating an intelligent ecosystem that harnesses our organization's vast health data assets through AI-driven personalization and modern technology approaches. As a Senior Manager of Product Management, you'll lead multiple product teams building AI-enabled healthcare solutions that serve millions of users globally.

As a player-coach, you'll directly manage 4 Product Managers in our Hyderabad GCC initially, with growth opportunity to scale and lead multiple product leaders overseeing 10-15 Product Managers and influencing direction of cross-functional teams of resources. Working with engineering, design, and data science teammates, you'll build scalable solutions that leverage AI and personalization to transform healthcare delivery.  In addition our ideal product manager will help drive the:

Responsibilities  

Product Leadership
  • Drive product strategy and execution across multiple strategic initiatives
  • Lead discovery and delivery of innovative healthcare solutions
  • Define success metrics and own business outcomes
  • Guide implementation of capabilities across products
Team Leadership & Development
  • Build and mentor a team of product managers, owners and analysts, with opportunity to scale within the next year plus
  • Create frameworks for product development excellence
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning
  • Develop future product leaders through hands-on coaching
Strategic Influence
  • Partner with global stakeholders and leaders to align product vision
  • Drive adoption of modern product practices
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, data science, and business teams, including governance
  • Influence technical architecture and platform decisions

Qualifications

Required Experience
  • 13-16 years of technology experience
  • 8+ years of product management experience
  • Track record of scaling consumer-facing products
  • Experience building and leading product teams
  • Strong technical background with AI/ML, data, and analytics exposure
Required Leadership
  • Proven ability to mentor and develop Product Managers
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellence in communication and storytelling
Required Education
  • Advanced degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Human-Centered Design, Product Management, or a related field
