We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Clerk to support the day-to-day administrative and clerical operations of our construction office. The role involves maintaining records, assisting with documentation, coordinating with site and office teams, and ensuring smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update project files, records, and documents.
- Handle data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning of project-related documents.
- Assist in preparing letters, reports, and invoices.
- Coordinate with site staff, vendors, and office team for routine administrative requirements.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Track and maintain office supplies and stationary.
- Support HR and Accounts departments in basic clerical tasks.
- Ensure safe custody of contracts, permits, and project-related paperwork.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing minutes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month
