**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain and organize case files, documents, and office records systematically.
- Handle **court-related work** such as filing, listing, and following up on case statuses.
- Assist advocates in preparing case bundles, photocopying, and document management.
- Ensure timely submission of documents in court registries and government departments.
- Support in e-filing, diary entries, and record maintenance.
- Maintain office supplies, stationary, and assist with basic administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with junior advocates, stenographers, and drivers for smooth office functioning.
- Uphold strict confidentiality of sensitive documents and client information.
**Requirements & Skills**
- Minimum qualification**:Graduate / 12th Pass with good clerical skills**.
- Prior experience as a **Court Clerk / Office Clerk** preferred.
- Good knowledge of **Delhi NCR courts, filing systems, and registry procedures**.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, scanning, printing).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Honest, punctual, and disciplined personality.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
