Role & responsibilities

  • Process vendor invoices accurately and timely
  • Review purchase orders and ensure 3-way matching (PO, GRN, Invoice)
  • Manage vendor queries and maintain vendor master data
  • Coordinate payment runs and monitor aged payables
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and SOX/internal controls
  • Support month-end closing and reporting activities

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • years of experience in P2P/AP or related accounting roles
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities
