PMO Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PMO Executive with 2-4 years of experience in project management environments. The candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project execution, governance, and coordination across multiple workstreams. This role requires a strong understanding of project management principles and hands-on experience in project coordination, stakeholder communication, client management and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Project Managers in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Ensure adherence to project management standards, templates, and documentation practices across all projects.
- Schedule and facilitate regular project meetings (e.g., stand-ups, reviews), and track action items, risks, and decisions.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and external stakeholders on project status, issues, and milestones.
- Manage and update key project documents including project plans, timelines, issue logs, and status reports.
- Assist in tracking team allocations and resource availability to support project scheduling and delivery needs.
- Prepare and share timely project dashboards and reports for leadership using Excel, PowerPoint, or project management tools.
- Support identification, logging, and escalation of project risks and issues.
- Utilize project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Azure) to track tasks, milestones, and dependencies.
- Contribute to improving project delivery processes and enhancing PMO best practices.
Required Candidate Profile:
- 2-4 years as PMO, Project Coordinator, or related project management role.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience in project tracking and reporting.
- Experience working with project management tools like Jira, MS Project, or Azure.
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Certification in project management (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, Agile) is a plus.
